One Strategy. Little Time.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SV Gruppe set out to put two large regional brands, with a combined daily circulation of over 200,000 copies, firmly on a digital footing: one seamless digital-first workflow across the newsrooms, on a shared, future-ready infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a successful relaunch of Schw\u00e4bische.de, Nordkurier.de followed within weeks. Both portals now run on Forward Publishing&#8217;s cloud infrastructure. The Content Delivery Hub feeds all content to every digital channel from a single, channel-neutral source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Moving both titles to a headless CMS in parallel is part of our overall strategy, and it will significantly change how we, as a group, create and process content.&#8221; Henning Maus, Chief Innovation Officer, SV Gruppe<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What Changed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new portals give readers a customizable homepage, push notifications, e-paper access, and easy subscription management. Both sites are technically modern and visually redesigned: fast, mobile-optimized, and flexible for editors to work with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The shared infrastructure also sets the stage for further growth.
