So how does newsroom transformation actually work in practice? And what has to change in a publisher’s engine room for “digital first” to mean more than a slogan?

The study gives publishers and technology providers a point of orientation, from a technical, strategic, and cultural perspective alike. It draws on structured interviews with 18 publishing experts from newsrooms and the wider industry, analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively, and supported by current data from specialist studies and articles.
